Who are we?
I am Oktay Rodoplu, the founding representative of SMYRNA Global, located in Izmir, Turkey, providing representation and consultancy services in Greece and Turkey.
My education started with my graduation from Istanbul Technical University in Turkey, Department of Aeronautical Engineering, and then I completed my master's degree in Finance in Izmir. After moving to Izmir in 2009, I worked as a production manager in an international company for approximately 12 years. During this period, I continued my commercial activities in Izmir and had the opportunity to deeply understand the local market dynamics.
For many years, I have gained a wealth of experience in the import and marketing of cleaning materials, detergents, wooden tables and chairs, hotel equipment and interior and exterior doors from Turkey to Greece through my own company in Komotini Greece. As of March 2023, as SMYRNA Global, we have adopted a more corporate business model and continue our work with the understanding of providing quality and sincere service.
We offer reliable solutions by researching the most suitable manufacturers and suppliers for our customers' needs, especially for import and export demands from the Turkish and Greek markets.
In this process, we professionally manage all processes from production to sample collection from the factory, from quality control to customs clearance, packaging and shipment, with the right quality products and a reasonable price guarantee.
